American Distilling Institute (ADI) represents grassroots spirits distillers across the United States. This conference gathered together the American micro-distillers by way of hosts, Jorg Rupf and Lance Winter of St. George Spirits/Hangar One Distillery with visit to Anchor Distilling. The craft distilleries representatives in attendance poured their best artisanal whiskies, brandies, rums, gins, vodkas, absinthes and unique liqueurs for consumers to sample in a special "Meet the Maker" open house.
